Wordpress woo-commerce expert required to fix bug

We have some products that have VAT and some that don't. Sometimes it's adding the VAT in the checkout and invoice and sometimes it's not for the same product.

I need someone who has a lot of experience with WordPress and woo-commerce to fix this bug.
