Wordpress website slow, plugin issue

Hello, I'm reaching out regarding my website which is experiencing performance issues. While it runs well when I am not logged in it scores even up to an A rating, including a 98% score on GTMetrics for the mobile version, it becomes slow and unresponsive when I log in.
To resolve these issues, the following actions need to be taken:
1) Update all plugins to their latest versions to ensure they are functioning properly. Remove possible unnescessary plugins.
2) Improve website performance to achieve an A score of at least 90% on GTMetrics across all device types (mobile, desktop, and tablet) even when logged in and actively using the website.
3) Upgrade to the latest version of WordPress to ensure compatibility and security.
4) Upgrade the website to the latest version of PHP to improve performance and security.
This work needs to be done asap and max. within 48 hours after acceptance. I am looking for a long-term solution to these problems and a reliable partner to help me maintain the website's performance and functionality.
