Wordpress website for booking driving test

Hi i would like to make a wordpress website.I have got domain & hosting.This is driving test booking website where the user will sign up & make payment for their early driving test booking.There will be two payment options pay by PayPal & card payment.I will discuss more.Need an expert for the website.Thanks
