Wordpress website and Microsoft teams merging idea

I am creating a video social networking/job board WP website to support health care business with recruitment. I am wanting a site where potential employees can contact employers directly to ask them questions and explore job opportunities. I am hoping to be able to link my website to Microsoft chat (teams). For example, if person 1 (job seeker) wants to speak to person 2 (social care employer), they will click on their profile and they will be able call that person though Microsoft chat while on my website. To do this, I was thinking that all users have to sign up to the website through their Office 365 account (I will be using the plugin WPO365). However, I am not sure if wp websites can link with Microsoft chat (when employers are on microsoft teams, the 'availability to talk' button is active on my site). Is something like this possible, if so, will it be changing a plugin or creating one? I have already created the wordpress template (website not live yet); I will need support syncing the website to microsoft teams. Thank you.
