Wordpress videopack plugin FFmpeg fix

I need someone to fix my wordpress videopack plugin. It has an ffmpeg issue, it doesnt convert and the thumbnails created are blank or corrupted.
I need my ffmpeg to be reinstalled or fixed and make it work with that wp plugin.

Im using ubuntu 18 linux, plesk os
