Wordpress theme developer needed!

I have a classified theme (coded theme) that needs to modify/change the style/functionality (I will have mockup how I want it to look).

Familiar with Vue.js framework is a plus! All the changes needs to be inside the childtheme. Only bid if you are experience with wordpress's hooks & filters system and comfortable modify code/plugins.
