Wordpress theme customization -- 2

(screenshot attached) What Do I Need to Customize? The quiz (link above) asked a few questions gives answers/recommended products to the user. It gives a vote to a product each time it’s ‘chosen’ in the quiz and shows answers accordingly. Trouble is it shows the products it should then followed by other random products that got 1 less vote. For example: User chooses 1932 to be their year. Then they want a keyring. Results should only shows 1932 keyrings but it shows 1932 keyrings then other random stuff which I obviously don’t want to show.
