Wordpress theme - Google map modification

I am using Myhome team to create a property listing website. In the new property listing form there is a Google map which will be used by the user to select the location of his property. This location gets saved in various address fields - State, City, locality, zip code etc.
However if the location on the map is updated by the user, the data in the address fields does not get auto-updated, unless the user manually deletes the values in each of the address field.
I need the data in the address field to auto update when the location on the map is changed using AJAX or any other method.
