Wordpress speed optimisation (Expert only please)

Only apply if you are an expert. I want to hire quickly.

Need speed optimization for Wordpress blog. No fancy stuff, just get it done Pareto (I do not care about vanity scores!).
Recently redid- all custom theme in ACF so should have a good base to work on.

I'm paying for (and is setup):
- WP Rocket
- Asset Cleanup Pro (ACP)
- Imagify

I got to GTM of 87% and good on pingdom in like 20mins. I started messing about with ACP to be fancy and messed up something... Had someone fix but was bla- at 82% and pingdom is lame.

I want you to (ideally think for yourself and propose):
1/ Do sitewide basic plugin setup
2/ Do general site checkup on and off (eg cloudflare, cloudways etc) and you tell me if you pick up on issues
Then, we discuss more:
3/ ACP optimisation of what loads on what pages etc for key wins
Later:
4/ Once I am sure of all the systems I use and can group pages/posts, you can do a bit more in future.

I want an expert who knows what adds value and just gets done. Can agree on fixed price as you shouldn't be penalized for being awesome so can work fast.
