Wordpress small issue fixing

Hi,
Need a developper who know wordpress and "always complet job".
1- We use an old theme who no longer been update (no more demo link)
2- The scrolling and navigation with mouse stop working on my website.
3- Using url to go to the good slide (article) no longer work
when trying to go to slider 12 it's stay to slide 0

The job it's to make the scroll navigation work + keep the sliding style and animation + solve date display issue (i will show you) + make link to slide work
