Wordpress site rehabilitation

Hello. We have an old Wordpress website that has not been maintained for several years. As a result, it got attacked by viruses and malware. Admin panel is broken I think. We need an experienced developer to clean up the code, remove any malware or bugs, update Wordpress, update plugins etc. Finally, you also need to migrate this site to some new cheap hosting service (currently it's on a VPS together with other sites and we are afraid that it might compromise other sites).
Site is in passive mode, there are no plans to use it, but we just need it to work without causing any issues.
