Wordpress site forward loading issue

We have a site redirect issue from a qr code. we are redirecting from a qr code (example xyz.cloud/app to xyz.com/app) that has links to our android/play store app. the xyz.com/app site does not always show the android/play store app links, if you refresh the browser sometimes it will show up. This is across different browser types, safari, chrome, etc. Need someone to go in and clean up whatever the issue is that is hanging this up. Should be a quick job so will pay a min of 2 hours regardless of how long it takes to fix.
