Wordpress responsive website 10 pages

I'm a designer looking for an experienced Wordpress developer to work with me in building a responsive wordpress website. I have a running prototype on Invision, desktop and mobile designs and need it developed pixel-perfect on Wordpress. Project duration is max 3 weeks. Developer will get access to Invision to inspect properties on the designs and I will handover all image assets ready. I have a style guide for CSS and states for buttons. All copy must be editable. Layout is very basic and straight forward.

Only experts will be considered. Link to prototype will be shared during selection process.

Framework like Avada Wordpress theme preferred for frontend editing.
