Wordpress plugin excel based

I need a custom WordPress plugin.
The most important functions:
1. User upload an XLS file with some data in it.
2. Then the receive in excel the results.
The uploaded excel contains lots of data that should be taken in consideration.
(price when item was bought, price when was sold, the fees paid..and so on)
It is a financial report so every 0.00001 counts.
* Please show me previous web/excel projects.
** Automated Bids will not be taken in consideration.
