Wordpress plugin to download article from link

I am looking for a Wordpress plugin that will allow me to download articles from any website. The main purpose of the plugin is content curation. I would like the plugin to support all websites, not just specific ones. I do not need any additional features. I need only plugin which can download article and images from link. The ideal freelancer for this job should have experience developing Wordpress plugins and be familiar with web scraping techniques.
