Wordpress and paypal payouts with booking plugin

I have 2 plugins in wordpress that i would like to work together WooCommerce PayPal Payouts and Chauffeur Booking System for WordPress . The paypal payouts is not working because no products are created by the booking system only orders. So the paypal payouts does not work as it needs. I'm looking for some one to get these 2 plugins working together. so that payment is taken then 60% goes to one clients paypal and 40% goes to another. I think this can be achived if products are generated by the booking system into woocommerce. I would then be able to set percentage payments within payapl payouts anytime and the plugin will send the payments. Fixed Budget No hourly!
