Wordpress optimization and SEO for LMS

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced WordPress developer with expertise in SEO and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to help optimize our website.
We are a university, and this website is specifically designed for our EMBA students. It offers eLearning (using the WPLMS theme), events (with The Events Calendar plugin), and a point-earning system (utilizing the myCred plugin). Students can redeem these points for goods, so the website includes features related to products and orders through the WooCommerce plugin. Our website doesn't serve a large number of students, but it is a valuable tool for the select elite students at our school. Additionally, this site serves as our admissions portal. The most important purpose is to promote our website by sharing articles and providing visitors with downloadable business tools, such as custom PPT templates, financial Excel sheets, and other files (using the Download Manager plugin).
Currently, we are facing issues such as slow website loading and a poor user experience. Our website should have a strong focus on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to drive organic traffic and function effectively as an LMS platform.
The main responsibilities include optimizing and troubleshooting the website, optimizing content for SEO, and ensuring a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, experience with the WPLMS theme, and proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. We aim to achieve a Google PageSpeed Insights every score of more than 90 for our website.
We aim to achieve all optimizations through clean coding as much as possible, avoiding any reliance on plugins. The optimized website should not encounter any issues resulting from future plugin or WPLMS theme updates. Our website is hosted in Taiwan, which means the content is in Traditional Chinese. We aspire to attain favorable results on the Google Traditional Chinese search engine in the future.
