Wordpress- need help with hotel booking website

My website is ready. But lately I am facing issues with my hotel booking website where double bookings and many discrepancies are happening. Need someone to fix this. Using wp- hotel plugin ! Would be happy if somebody changes the plugin or help with the existing ones. Rest all is ready and live .please only answer if you have handled something like this before and send me links too.
