Wordpress multi language setup

I need help with making my wordpress site multi language.

I want English + Croatian language.

I need someone to help me make automatic language choice based on country , manual selection between languages and copy existing site to Croatian , I will do modifications and translations.

I dont need translation or automatic translation, site’s will not be 100% equal, but very similar.
