Wordpress, move current content on my website's domain and transform site into a personal portfolio.

I am looking for a freelancer to help me move the current content on my website's domain and transform it into a personal portfolio website. The theme will be mostly the same. My portfolio is already complete and consists of images and PDFs. The portfolio will showcase my 3D modeling work. I also require the website to have a contact form for potential clients to reach out to me. Ideal skills for this job include proficiency in Wordpress, website migration, and graphic design experience.
The portfolio will have one splash page and have about 4-6 sections with 5 items each (PDFs or images, maybe one or two videos)
This is only about moving things around without breaking my website, no hard work.
