I am seeking an experienced developer to create a membership concept for my sales agent community. My key requirements are:
*) User registration and login: Users need an intuitive registration and logging in process that is straightforward and uncomplicated.
*) Member profile pages: Members should be able to create and customize their profile pages.
*) Private messaging and discussion forums: The plugins should provide a secure platform for members to privately communicate with sales agents. Additionally, communal discussion forums will be beneficial for fostering a community feel amongst the sales agents.
*) Seamless integration: It's imperative that the member plugin effortlessly integrates with payment gateways, our CRM system, and email marketing tools.
As it's a complex job, the ideal freelancer should possess proficiency in implementing these features, a keen eye for intuitive UI/UX design, previous experience with membership plugins, a track record in smooth system integrations, and knowledge of the latest in web security to ensure the privacy and security of our members.
We can use a plugin already on the market but would like some tweaking if needed.
We would like that the member has a custom dashboard that has a good oversight of all the sales, etc. done by the member. The admin also has oversight over all sales across the members.
Important to have possibility to have different tiers in memberships, bronze, silver, gold etc. possibility for automatisation of standard points are key. This is possible through B2B King and SalesKing, maybe even better through Zapier?
Is Memberpress the solution to get the concept started? Who can give us a hand?
We would like a simple way for a new sales agent to join the concept:

Agent) fills in an application and receives an automatic instructional email
Admin) approves the application, sends a login-registration form to the agent.
Important that the login and login registration form is separate, so they don’t show up on the same page.
Agent) Agents login to their private dashboard with links to products, vendors, statistics, messages from admin, chat with other members and more.
Admin) We want to have contact with groups of members by email and through their dashboard.
Member groups) possibility to have levels. When a member sells for a set amount they automatically get bumped up to next level. ( B2B King has this, we already have it installed.)
Important that the member site works with a shop solution, Woocommerce?
We want the shop to reflect on selling goods. The system should be able to automatically direct the Admin on commission fees out of the sale etc.
The woocommerce system should be possible for the agent to adjust the sales price before the customer pays the bill.
One thing that is very important is that the agent is to send the already filled in information and price to the customer. The customer will then pay and everybody happy.
We need speed on this project and would like to use mostly already made plugins but also be able to tweak the plugin if necessary.
A few things might take a bit of time, if so we will manually do it until the automatic system can function.
