Wordpress manager for my ready site

I have a WordPress site related to e-commerce. I will tell you about the site so that you can better understand what you will do.
I am doing the "dropservicing" business model on this site. If I had to briefly explain what "Dropservicing" is, it is the same as dropshipping, but there is a service instead of a product. So, when a customer comes to the site and purchases a service, I do not provide the service, a freelancer(not you) does it.
What I want from you here is just to manage my WordPress site. Yes, management. I had the site prepared by a different person, but I was not satisfied with the service they provided. There are a few changes I want from you to make on this site, I want to change them first. Then, if there is a problem with the site, I want you to help quickly. For this reason, I am looking for a freelancer instead of a company.
The person who will do this job must be proficient in WordPress. In addition, he/she should be able to find and install plugins in the style I want where necessary.
The site is already ready. I don't need to redesign the site. I just need someone who is an expert in WordPress who can help me when there is a problem on the site and can quickly make the changes I want when necessary.
