Wordpress increase and decrease cart button on catgories page, deatils page

I'm working on a wordpress project almost finished.
However I would like to have 3 features:
1 - At the level of the button "Add to cart" on the list of products, to have the possibility of a button with the option - and +. The button should interact automatically with the cart each time the customer increases or decreases the quantity.
This button should be exactly like on this site: https://www.taftaf.sn/.
Can you realize this functionality.
Note => No agaenice , individual freelancer , i know it need few line of jquery and ajax code..
