I need a full stack wordpress developer for custom plugin development.

I have an existing website where I need a plugin which allows
Users to register
Users to take hearing test
Users to view results in real time
No use of existing plugin it must be developed from scratch

Experience minimum 8 years

Must have skills in Divi theme & builder, Woocommerce API, plugin developmen
RESTful API
