Wordpress fix for autoblog post on site with two themes on same wordpress site

The details of the job are as follows. My site is a new wordpress site, it has a plugin "multiple themes" link here. https://zatzlabs.com/plugins/ This plugin allows me to have different wordpress themes for different pages this same wordpress site. I want to have the real estate theme for all main pages and the "magazine" theme for the blog pages for that blog. The issue i have that I need to fix is the following:
1. When creating new posts for the blog I want to use an autoblog plugin to bring in RSS feeds to automatically post my new entries on the magazine blog page. I have the plugin installed already and working.
2. I want the spin plugin to update the posts to the blog section.
3. I want the blog plugins settings corrected so it's all showing the new posts on the blog theme properly on the new posts. That means that when a new page is created I have to automatically add a specific set of keywords at the end of the url to send all new blog posts to the magazine theme. I need to automatically add "/?magaizine=name" to the end of the url so they use the blog theme.
