Wordpress few images not showing on site need fix
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
We have a wordpress website running woocommerce and there recently is an issue where a few images are not showing. Most images do show properly.
Some information regarding this issue
1. Some images not showing on front end.
2. seems to be random
3. i can go to media folder backend and delete current image and then reupload the same image again and apply in the page and it works again.
4. few days later other images will dissapear
5. have setup staging site to try and diagnose issue, but when we setup staging site, all images are now showing.
6. disabled all plugins on live site except for theme PGS Core wpbakery page builder and woocommerce, issue still persists so this shows me not plugin conflict.
7. theme developer confirms this is not happening on their production environment.
8. when you are on frontend and right click broken/missing image and choose view image, it opens up new tab and the url shows path to the image file, but the image file does not show and there is a insecure/no ssl now on the page url bar.
9. if we go to ftp and go to the directory where the missing image is, i can see it in the directory and when i download it and open with photoshop, it is showing the image.
This could be a server issue, permissions issue, but then it would be happening to all images right?
