Wordpress expert needed to modify a theme

https://main.mylistingtheme.com/ < -- This theme contains 95% of the functionality that I need to create a directory that focuses on the shipping industry.
As/is, that theme organizes businesses/vendors around their category and physical location.
However, when a potential customer searches for a vendor in the shipping industry, the physical location of that vendor is unusually unimportant. More commonly, a potential customer’s primary concern before choosing a vendor is knowing which world region(s) that vendor specializes in.
In regards to the administrator’s backend; I’d like to add the capability to associate businesses with the world regions that they operate in.
In regards to the front-end; I’d like to add functionality to the map which will allow a potential customer to search for vendors that operate in their chosen world region.
I would like to begin as soon as possible.
