Wordpress expert needed to add new capabilities to a theme

Th logic of that theme is based on organizing vendors around their type and physical location.
However, when potential clients search for a vendor in the shipping industry, the physical location of that vendor is unimportant. A potential client's primary concern before choosing a vendor is actually knowing which world region(s) that vendor specializes in, since the shipping industry is highly regulated, and those regulations vary depending on the world region.
For the administrator’s backend; I’d like to add the capability to associate businesses with the world regions that they operate and specialize in.
For the client facing front-end; I’d like to add functionality to the map which will allow a potential customer to search for vendors that operate in their chosen world region.
I would like to begin immediately.
