Wordpress error: Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource.

I am looking for a WordPress expert who can help me resolve a "Forbidden" error that I am encountering on my website. This error occurs when I try to save anything from Elementor or certain plugins in admin panel.

I tried to edit apache2.conf, .htaccess, remove all plugins and the error persist.
