Wordpress elementor demo sites / template kits

The sites will be built using WordPress Elementor, and they have already installed the necessary plugins and have elements.envato.com subscription so you can use template kits. I have some basic instructions for the client and/or competitor website.
While I don't expect an exact replica, I envision the design and layout to resemble the provided example. Your task would be to redesign the envato template kits, tailor it better to client needs, delete unnecessary parts etc. You need write only placeholder text so that the client can visualize the overall layout.
