Wordpress ecommerce + function

Hello,

I need to create and install a theme with eCommerce setting in wordpress.

We need also a special function:

Same as normal "cart", we need to create another "cart" that works like "quotation".

Customer places there product like a cart and can do 2 things:

1) Send a quotation requests that generates an email
2) Go to checkout and transform quotation cart in normal cart.

Normal cart will work normally, also
