Wordpress developer for simple bug

I need a Wordpress web designer to help modify an existing blog.
To start, I need assistance with building out the homepage and site map.
After that, there will be small projects as they come up.

I expect us to have at least one phone Zoom call to discuss the project.

It is a simple text blog with no e-commerce, so I will be prioritizing freelancers with competitive bids.
