Wordpress designer - Copy an existing website to new wordpress install

I have a local business website that is 5 pages in size and is currently on the duda platform. I am looking for a Wordpress developer to copy an existing website design on to a fresh WordPress installation. I will provide the URL of the website for further inspection prior to finalising the price if your proposal appears suitable.
I will provide:
- Admin access to a fresh WordPress installation
- GeneratePress premium and generate press blocks PRO (use of this is non-negotiable, you will these for the design)
- The existing website which you must copy the design and content of
The website is static, all you are required is to copy the design across.
I am looking for an attentive developer who is easy to work with and understands and reads the brief. Such a developer will start their proposal with the words "Sunday afternoon" to stand out from the crowd.
