Wordpress debugging job

This is just a program debugging job. There is just a glitch in it.
I need this project to be assigned cheaply to a competent individual immediately.
I have a program whereby information from different reports is plugged into a program to generate interpretations for each subsection in the report. Certain report data lead to certain interpretations. The entire test interpretation is then created after all the data has been interpreted. I give the programmer the key on how X report information yields Y interpretation or Z report information yields W interpretation. Thus, each case will include a number of report data interpretations to yield the total interpretation for that case. The program yields the final complete interpretation for each case.
I need the program fully working today. It goes through Word Press. One third of the program cannot be processed as it is not being "read" properly but that processing issue has been corrected quickly in the past as it appears to be due to some minor bug in the program.
Up until now, only the third part of the program, BrainCheck, was not being processed. The other two were generally working.
But now, you see on the attached the whole program is not functioning. That is the message I get when I upload my data and there is no download which has been the final product I need wherein the data is analyzed.
Some maintenance might be required in the long-term to ensure the program is working.
