Wordpress and core PHP theme and plugin customization

This project is essentially making a clean copy of Staging1 to Staging 2. This means that a previous developer has done his job, but I believe it can be optimized and better organized. It might have loopholes too. He has put his work all in Customization plugin. So you will have 6 pages to copy from staging 1 to 2. But remember I can copy myself too, but your role will be to read the code, enhance the code, put comments, organize the files to make it ready for production. Staging 2 is just a button away from production. Each page will give you $100. I hope to keep my freelancer work for me after the website is fully published. Please read attached the first milestone, and first page ($100). This project needs you to be fully competent in Wordpress custom coding and core php. Lastly, this is not you just doing this milestone, you need to assure me you are going to finish the project, meaning 6 pages, worth of $600. This project may need ~15-20% of custom coding.
