Wordpress contact form with SMS integration

Hi , first of all our contact form is stop working , i dont know why , looks like SMTP issue , need to fix that one and with better looking design we need to upgrade our forms to receive the contact form on SMS as well plus email ,
we are receiving too many Spam as well on the contact form. we need way to block them too.
please let me know what kind of subscription and paid plugin required.
