Wordpress based SAAS - Technical Support (Need to have website builder experience)
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
We are looking to expand our customer service team with further dedicated Support Team Members.
Must have:
1. Experience in a customer facing support role (Tickets, Chats and phone calls)
2. Enjoys working to help customers while following internal processes
3. Good understanding of Wordpress (and ideally Beaver Builder) and may have experience with ClickFunnels, GrooveFunnels or DropFunnels
4. Eagerness to see any support issue as an opportunity to increase our documentation and support resources.
5. Desire to go above and beyond and join a winning team
Salary is negotiable and we are interviewing immediately. Remote position.

Please note we need people to have full knowledge of our systems before they start and therefore the first part of the training will be providing you with a test account and allowing you to play around with our product before we officially start you.
