Wordpress all redirect to 404 not found - Help

I am in need of a WordPress expert to help me resolve an issue with my website where all pages are redirecting to a 404 not found error.

I have tried many things to debug and it keeps coming up: Updated theme + Plugins, reverted to some earlier Full DB + Files backups (Via SiteGround hosting) when everything was working fine.
Need quick help on this.
