Wordpress - Woocommerce site Speed - Cache optimization

I am looking fo the right candidate to Speed up my site (Wordpress - Woocommerce) using the Hummingbird Pro and Smush Pro plugins. I have an active licence for both plugins.
I need to get a score above 86 in google https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?hl=es&url=http%3A%2F%2Fpakot1.d416.dinaserver.com%2F
Right now the score is (10 Mobile | 48 Desktop).

1) Job must be done in this sandbox: http://pakot1.d416.dinaserver.com/
2) Once the job is done the candidate will provide clear direction to replicate the settings of the sandbox to the production site.
3) The site uses the Flatsome theme.
4) The site have a heavy use of javascript (as many other sites)
5) The candidate needs to get a score above 85 in google .https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/
6) The candidate must have deep knowledge using Hummingbird Pro and Smush Pro plugins.

9) I can activate Varnish in my site.
