Wordpress/ Woocommerce implement design and optimize for mobile, maybe customise an plugin

Good day.
I need someone to implement the design for a WooCommerce shop on wordpress. The design will be provided as a Figma. If possible, I would like to use the theme builder Divi (already installed) or Elementor.
Secondly, a plugin is to be adapted. The whole site and the shop should be optimised for mobile devices. Wordpress is installed, Woocommerce too, only some products are missing.
