Wordpress/Woocommerce expert

I’m looking for a Wordpress/Woocommerce expert to help speed up website loading, clean up theme and clean up one of the plugins being used(it works but has a bug in it that the creator has not fixed). The project needs to involve changes to the functionality of the website, without an exact timeline for completion or specific plugins or additional features. The chosen freelancer should be experienced with these technologies, capable of handling any unique challenges that might come up, and open to feedback.
