Wordpress Woocommerce Site Transfer

We have the webshop: teamwear.design with woocommerce, germanize, Fancy product designer and DOKAN Multivendor.
In case of switch of the theme we have to transfer the plugins and functionality to an new site (change on original was not possible)
Task:
- Import all nessessary plugins and plugin config to the new site
- Check all functionality of the plugins especialy:
- woocommerce
- dokan
- fancy product designer
- Menu on Top (have to be the same content but not the same design)
- woocommerce product categories and structure
