Wordpress/Woocommerce - Programmer NOT Designer

We need to develop a plugin which works with WPML to import products from an excel sheet or csv. This will be a long term opportunity for right candidate. Please note we are NOT looking for designer but a hard core coder so that s/he can understand the current flow of WPML and develop the plugin.
