Wordpress Woocommerce - Existing custom plugin improvements

Hi,
We have two custom plugins that needs to be improved upon
Plugin 1: It posts reviews on woocommerce products page on random dates. However the random date is somewhere from 2018 to 2021. It should be somewhere from 2018 to present date. Just that simple line of code needs to be edited.
Plugin 2: "Wordpress Plugin: Convert HTML to Wordpress PAGE / POST"
It converts HTML page as a 'post' in wordpress. However it is not able to convert certain type of HTML to Page posts. That needs to be fixed. Also fix is required so that the generated page dynamically adapts itself across various platforms: mobile / desktop / windows / mac etc
Bid only if you are good with plugins and know what you are doing. Both these plugins are working plugins
