Wordpress, Woocommerce Data Entry and WP Import

I need to add some custom links like in the attached nav bar screenshot. I think that's the maximum I would need otherwise it will be too much for the page.
Then have the categories sorted accordingly with the correct custom link in the navigation and the sub categories with the correct categories. Then under the sub categories the ability to refine them by manufacturer.
I would like to have all the images uploaded for the brands which is under the attributes.
There are about 184 for them. They ill need to be uploaded.
I do have WP All import I am not sure if there is a way to make this easier by using the existing import. At the moment any new categories will get uploaded but not placed in any of the menues automatically. Not sure if this is possible but would be a massive time saver.
