Wordpress Woocommerce, Customization and Changes UI UX

The design of the existing online store needs to be changed. In addition, it is necessary to set an option for an additional language English. We will do the translations, and we will also enter the products. Attached are graphics of what the online store should look like after redesign.
The online store must function flawlessly. The contractor must know and be able to work with Woocommerce and WordPress, and English.
