Wordpress Woocommerce Content Provider site

we will be doing female and male content providers uploading their images and their videos, which we will do. We need to be to be able to charge per provider, set price access that provider's content only. As well as a way to sell items exclusive products, videos, images, trading cards, clothing etc of the models
Content Providers provide us with the content - we then upload the content to our site for them, we do all the marketing etc for them.
We charge a lifetime fee of $19.99-$29.99 to access the specific content of that content provider.
If at the time the content provider gets extremely popular, then wants to switch to an annual or monthly subscription for new subscribers we want that option.
All our content providers will offer free content, as well as p.ay to see content.
Some of our content providers would like the opportunity to release exclusive content they would charge a separate fee for, that isn't included in the other content.
Some want to offer clothing, etc, as well as a purchase.
