Wordpress Woocommerce

We have conne3cted Commerce to Wordpress registrations for our subscription service but it is not working right. Subscribers from overseas are getting an error message that is preventing them from completing the payment process. It says "invalid recurring shipping method." We have it set to virtual but still have the issue.
