Wordpress Woocomerce product duplicator php code with featured image alter

i have a plugin that automatically turns a product into a nft..
so question is, is it possible to create a way, when someone purchase a particular product, it duplicates the product but alters the image.
why?
NFTs have to be one of a kind. these will be art nft's. so when the product is sold and duplicated... so its not an exact duplicate of the image of the product previously sold... i need the image to be automatically altered, (im thinking maybe a watermark that puts a number at the bottom starting at 1)
is this possible?
