Wordpress/WooCommerce payment reminder

Hello, we need a plugin that sends an automatic email to the customer when his payment via "PayPal/credit card/purchase on account" failed or was not paid. After sending the email, the payment status should be set to waiting and the order payment method should be changed to prepayment. Why we need the plugin: With this we reduce the number, of orders that have not been paid and are still marked as pending in the system, our support is relieved and the waiting time for our customers is shortened if there were problems with the payment. Exact workflow of the plugin: Payment method from the customer is: PayPal/credit card/purchase on account. The payment is not executed or canceled, from here the plugin intervenes. Step 1: The order automatically gets the status "Payment pending`` by WooCommerce. Step 2: At this moment the customer should receive a mail from us (content can be customized later) Step 3: The status of the order should be changed to "pending` and the payment method should be set to prepayment. Step 4: The customer will receive a mail from our system with all payment information. Prerequisite/Shop System: - The plugin is used on a wordpress multisite in multiple languages, here it is important that on each subpage the plugin can be customized for the respective country. - The plugin must be compatible with WooCommerce and must not interfere with other functions/plugins. - Should be compatible with "Komfortkasse`` (Komfortkasse is a payment provider) - After WooCommerce updates, the function should still be there. If this is not the case, a warning should pop up in wordpress. - Design and content of the mails should be customizable to a certain extent.
